Mrs Thistle Cottage and I attended the closing night performance of Glen Innes High School's season of "Fame" on Saturday 7 Sep and, along with the rest of a sell-out audience, had a fabulous time. The choreography especially was spectacular and I was particularly impressed with the way the kids used the whole theatre!

Costumes, set, lighting, dancing were all brilliant and the band (comprised of teachers and students) were just awesome.

If the show was great, they pulled out all the stops for a real barnstormer of a curtain call which just had to be seen to be believed. Superb.

On behalf of the Glen Innes Arts Council I can say, without fear of contradiction, that we are thrilled to be a major sponsor of an event of that calibre. So many people obviously put so much hard work into it and it was well worth it.

Well done Katie, Lindy and everybody concerned.
